Where?
The presentations, accommodation, and meals will take place at the hotel
Les Neiges d'Antan in Cervinia, Italy.
As in previous years, the conference hotel is easily accessible from all over the world by public transport. The Valtournenche, Perrères bus stop is located directly next to the hotel. For bus connections to the hotel from Chatillon-Saint Vincent train station, please visit the Arriva website.
By train
Chatillon-Saint Vincent train station is reachable from Turin in around 2 hours or from Milan in 3.5 hours, the connections and tickets are available on the
Trenitalia website.
There is a
Nightjet connection to Milan from Vienna and Munich.
By plane
We recommend flying to Turin or Milan.
For those arriving later and missing the last train or bus, we can organise a taxi - details will be sent via email a few weeks before the conference.
When?
The congress will take place from Monday, 22 September to Friday, 26 September. Arrival is on Sunday evening and departure is on Saturday morning.
How to attend?
As every year, participation is by invitation only.
However, if you have not received an invitation by email but would like to participate, you can email the organisers.
A conference fee of 140 euros will be asked for each participant.
